Keep anything you want to keep
Before clearing data or uninstalling, export records you want to keep. A places-only export excludes trips and wallet data. A full password-encrypted backup includes trips, pass details and private image sides. Keep its password safely; it cannot be recovered.
Clear app-owned personal data
In Parkspan, open Settings → Manage data → Clear personal data. Read the confirmation and proceed only when you are ready. You can also remove individual place records, pass images or downloaded areas through their respective app controls.
- The full clear removes personal place records, trips, notes, assumptions, pass photos and metadata, selected access points, map downloads, reminders, diagnostics, temporary exports and cached viewed photos.
- Automatic catalog checks are disabled. The configured public publisher URL may remain, and the public catalog remains usable.
- Uninstalling removes app-private storage. The website cannot reach into your device to perform this action.
Delete exported or shared copies separately
Use your files or cloud-storage app to remove exported backups. Original images in your photo library are separate from the encrypted copies held by Parkspan. Already shared messages and files remain with their recipients or services.
Removing a downloaded map keeps your passes, trips and personal places. Clearing everything is a broader action; review the confirmation carefully.
Ask about information sent to support
If you sent correspondence or a report to the developer and want it deleted, email 3099900@gmail.com. Identify the approximate date and subject so the message can be located. Do not attach pass photos, backup passwords, government ID or unnecessary private information.
Parkspan has no online user accounts to close. A deletion request to support concerns information you actually sent; the developer cannot delete independent copies retained by another recipient or your chosen storage service.
